Chris founded Aletheia in 2019 with a vision to unlock complex collaboration within real assets. His customer-centric approach was shaped through early career experience working at the forefront of the fashion and automotive industries.
Over the last 20 years Chris’s work has combined place, experiential and technology strategies across every stage of the built environment lifecycle. His real estate career experience includes roles as Head of Estates Europe at Lendlease, Portfolio Director at Broadgate Estates and as Co-Founder and the CEO of a leading proptech, he realised technology across over 1,200 destinations and a combined portfolio of 200-million square feet. His work to date has helped shape the success of iconic locations across UK, EMEA and US markets.
Polly is co-Founder of Aletheia and leads our advisory service. Her career in asset management, estate management and property management has been lived at the intersection of ownership, management and occupation. She has held senior roles in REITS in the UK, and agent side with global real estate consultancies and specialist advisors. Polly has worked across many of London’s most prestigious and newest estates at every stage of their lifecycle.
Previously a chartered surveyor and Fellow of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management, Polly is in the final year of a Masters in Sustainability and Behaviour Change at the Centre of Alternative Technology. Polly’s work sees her fuse traditional industry approaches with regenerative and behavioural practices to guide clients and places through transition.
Inger has nearly 20 years of private equity and real estate experience in a variety of positions including sustainability, design & construction, and procurement.
Combining asset level knowledge with an innate understanding of sustainability risk opportunity and reporting, Inger brings significant client-side experience across multi-sectors on a pan-European basis. Inger is passionate about driving the decarbonising agenda and particularly given the opportunity for communities to realise both economic and environmental ambitions for the collective benefit of people and planet.
Samantha is a strategic Digital Account Manager with a background in beauty and a fresh focus on real estate. She began her career as an Account Manager for renowned brands KVD Beauty and MAC Cosmetics, where she honed her skills in brand representation, customer engagement, and market strategy.
A chartered surveyor with almost 30 years’ experience, Will’s previous work has seen him deliver projects throughout the asset lifecycle from acquisition, through development and asset management to successful divestment.
His experience includes co-founding a development management business and over the last decade serving as Managing Director of Capwell, a family-owned property investment and development vehicle.
Will is proud to also be a Director of the Tuath Housing Association in Dublin, Ireland’s largest approved housing body.
